Running stairs today.

Here in Fredericton we don't have many places to run stairs. This stairwell is attached to a parking garage and the last set of stairs are unenclosed, opening up to the fresh air. It's a beautiful day and I'll be running stairs with several fighters from Synergy Training Center. Wish me luck! The Synergy guys are in great shape!
