It seems like people are simply obsessed with Nutella! What's not to love about a sweet chocolate hazelnut spread anyway? This Food Friday version of Homemade Nutella is far healthier than the store bought variety and has a flavourful wholesome taste. Enjoy on some apple slices, bananas, stirred into oatmeal or even spread on rice cakes…the possibilities are endless!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups roasted hazelnuts
- 1 cup Stevia
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 2 tsp liquid unflavoured coconut oil
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup Stevia

- place the nuts in a food processor and blend until finely crumbled and slightly oily. This may take several minutes.
- add the coconut and olive oil, blend again
- add the following ingredients: Stevia, cocoa, vanilla, sea salt. Blend until evenly incorporated.
- pour the almond milk into the mixture and blend until smooth
- store in a glass container and keep refrigerated
